Responsibilities

• Ensure the development of branch activities and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Prepare, execute, monitor, and organize the wrap-up of various job sites
• Supervise and direct field interventions while coordinating assigned team activities
• Enforce industry best practices and maintain strict site safety standards
• Apply and ensure compliance with regulations, client requirements, and occupational health and safety (SST) objectives

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role
• Experience working in an industrial or unionized environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work autonomously with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• High school diploma
• Legal authorization to work and reside in Canada
