Contralor Jr

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting activities in accordance with established principles and standards to control organizational financial resources.
• Prepare and present timely financial reports for company use and control.
• Review and integrate accounting accounts for advances, suppliers, and assets within the SAP system.
• Manage accounts payable by receiving, reviewing, and controlling electronic invoices in compliance with tax requirements.
• Conduct cyclic inventory counts across various business unit warehouses.
• Perform cash counts for positions handling cash to ensure resource security.
• Manage and record petty cash according to company guidelines.
• Support the Hall Controller in reviewing the integrity of institutional promotions and sweepstakes.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Experience working with the SAP system.
• Proficiency in financial reporting.
• Experience in accounts payable management and electronic invoice control.
• Experience with inventory control and cyclic counts.
