Contractual Service Delivery PMO

Responsibilities

• Manage the Contractual IT projects portfolio from intake to execution
• Collaborate with Digital and Business teams to prioritize candidates and ensure clarity on architecture, scope, sizing, and KPIs
• Track project readiness and ensure alignment on architecture, timelines, staffing, and scope
• Develop project reporting frameworks and report progress, risks, and issues to various stakeholders
• Coach Project Managers on best practices, issue resolution, and quality standards
• Maintain an integrated plan and ensure proper governance and accountability is in place
• Lead specific programs from requirements analysis through to adoption

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in enterprise program delivery and portfolio management
• Expertise in delivery governance, planning processes, and investment management
• Strong cross-functional leadership experience spanning Business, IT, Finance, and Governance
• Proficiency with portfolio or enterprise planning tools (e.g., ServiceNow SPM or similar)
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong structured problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience in services or contractual business environments
• Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) management
• Experience with data-driven decision making and analytics
