Contracts Superintendent/Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the key interface between site operations and corporate Supply Chain, focusing on category and contract management.
• Support central Supply Chain and Commercial functions with planning, strategy development, and reporting.
• Monitor and optimize contracts to drive safety, performance, and cost outcomes.
• Lead tender processes, including scope development, supplier engagement, and bid evaluations.
• Manage contract performance and governance, including KPIs and compliance.
• Partner with site teams to align operational needs with full lifecycle Supply Chain delivery.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in category management and contract management (implementation, performance, and governance).
• Background in mining, heavy industry, or asset-based environments.
• Experience supporting tenders, sourcing, or procurement activities.
• Relevant degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or Business.
• Current S1, 2, 3 & G2 Supervisor qualifications.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is highly desirable.
