Contracts Manager/Commercial Manager (Power & Transmission)

Responsibilities

• Manage development and delivery phases of projects to meet client financial requirements
• Oversee procurement, tendering processes, and contract negotiations
• Implement financial and commercial strategies and manage project budgets
• Conduct financial analysis to identify cost savings and forecast expenses
• Identify and mitigate financial and contractual risks
• Manage variations, contractual changes, and final accounts
• Report cost and commercial information to stakeholders
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and mentor junior colleagues
• Drive business growth through engagement and tendering activities

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Commercial Management
• Experience in strategic sourcing for infrastructure and construction, preferably in energy
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong report and bid writing skills
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities
• Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Willingness to work on secondment in client offices
