Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial and IP agreements across software, SaaS, advertising, production, talent, content, and marketing transactions
• Support content partnerships, Twitch esports productions, and marketing activations
• Advise business partners on rights, clearances, and related legal issues
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including esports, procurement, business development, partnerships, marketing, sales, and finance
• Help improve contracting processes and support efficient legal operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3 to 6 years of experience in commercial transactions, preferably in the digital space
• Experience drafting and closing commercial agreements
• Experience improving contracting processes
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams
• Sound judgment in ambiguous situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience on a legal team at a media, internet, or technology company
• Familiarity with Twitch, esports, gaming, UGC services, or digital media trends
