Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic procurement and contract advice for large-scale construction projects and major capital programs
• Support the development and implementation of contracting strategies using various delivery models
• Draft Requests for Proposals (RFPs), evaluation scorecards, and contracts to support vendor procurement
• Develop contract structures for main delivery strategies, including complex multi-packaging scenarios
• Manage and update internal contract team trackers and review proposal documentation
• Build positive relationships with project teams, client personnel, and key advisors
• Coordinate with technical, legal, and commercial/financial professional team members

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry or contract services for large-scale capital projects
• Degree or equivalent in construction or a related field of study
• Working knowledge of various construction contract forms and procurement delivery routes
• Experience in contract development, administration, and implementing risk identification strategies
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders to develop robust contract documents
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to work autonomously
