About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage FIDIC contracts (preferably Yellow and Red books) and their practical application
  • Lead claims preparation, negotiation, and resolution processes
  • Drive change management processes throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage tendering and procurement cycles, including the compilation of contractual documents
  • Maintain correspondence with project stakeholders and provide timely advice to the Client
  • Address site-related construction issues and drive complex issues to closure

Requirements

  • B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
  • Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts
  • Proven experience in claims preparation and negotiation
  • Experience in change management and procurement cycles
  • Background in industrial or commercial building projects
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • NICMAR or equivalent qualification
