Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead all PMC contract administration activities at site
• Manage changes, variations, and claims
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks
• Monitor EPC contractor compliance and performance
• Facilitate effective contractual engagement with Chinese contractor leadership
• Support commercial governance related to contractor payments
• Manage claims associated with SIMOPS and brownfield interface constraints
• Support commissioning and contract close-out

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Minimum 15 years of contract management experience on major capital projects
• Minimum 8 years in a senior Contracts Manager or Commercial Manager role
• Extensive EPC contract management experience
• Direct experience working with Chinese EPC contractors and supply chains
• Experience with FIDIC, EPC Lump Sum Turnkey, or EPCM models
• Experience in mining, metals, smelting, refinery, energy, or oil & gas sectors

Preferred Qualifications

• MRICS or FRICS
• MCIPS
• MSc Construction Law or Diploma in Construction Law
• Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM)
• AACE Certification
• Indonesian or Southeast Asian project experience
