Contracts Manager Transportation and Logistics

Responsibilities

• Support the business in procuring 3rd party Transportation & Logistics related materials and services
• Negotiate contract pricing, terms, and conditions directly with suppliers to minimize total system costs and mitigate risk
• Execute Purchase-to-Pay processes in full compliance with Sourcing & Acquisition guidelines
• Maintain the agreement portfolio, including scope updates, pricing, exhibits, and amendments
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure contract compliance and troubleshoot issues
• Leverage ERP systems to ensure transactional efficiency of agreements
• Develop and execute procurement plans, tactics, and negotiation strategies
• Build and maintain internal and external relationships to meet business line expectations

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain roles
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant procurement or commercial functional expertise
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Purchase-to-Pay processes and ERP systems
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong ethics and awareness of operational integrity and controls

Preferred Qualifications

• Working fluency in a second Asian language
• Knowledge of the Fuels, Lubes, or Chemicals value chain
• Experience working across different geographies and time zones
