Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of contract management professionals supporting proprietary space and ground programs
• Develop and implement complex contractual solutions to manage risk during proposal, negotiation, and execution phases
• Manage the capture and execution of government contracts while acting as a subject matter expert
• Implement impactful policies and procedures and set ambitious operational goals
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional Boeing teams
• Drive process improvements to support the success of the satellite business

Requirements

• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience with government proposals, including TINA compliance
• 5+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and administering various contract types
• Experience in Satellite or Space Programs
• Experience with DFARS compliance
• At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, manager, or large-scale project management)

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading proposal development and negotiating government contracts
• 5+ years of experience with commercial contracts
• 5+ years of experience with classified government contracts
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
