Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage various government and commercial contracts including Cost Reimbursement, Fixed Price, FPIF, IDIQ, and Time and Material
• Review bids and proposals to ensure compliance with customer solicitation requirements and company policies
• Identify and resolve contractual issues, disputes, and complex contracting inquiries
• Review, draft, and negotiate Teaming, Licenses, Proprietary Information, and Non-Disclosure agreements
• Advise business and program management leadership on contractual rights, obligations, and approaches
• Maintain awareness of regulatory changes including US export controls, FCPA, and anti-boycott compliance
• Participate in cost and pricing processes with program management and customer representatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a relevant field
• 8+ years of progressive professional experience in Government and Commercial Contract Management
• Thorough understanding of US Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition policy, FAR, DFARS, and NASA FAR supplement
• Demonstrated experience leading complex contract negotiations
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Contracting Certification (NCMA CPCM or DAU DAWIA Level III)
• Experience with US export regulations
