Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead contracts strategy for the Global Workplace Services (GWS) category to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including service agreements, SOWs, amendments, and NDAs
• Serve as a strategic advisor to GWS business partners regarding contract structure, risk allocation, and commercial terms
• Implement process improvements to streamline contract lifecycle management by leveraging AI and automation
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from intake and drafting through execution, compliance monitoring, and renewal
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Sourcing, and GWS teams to support broader business objectives

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in contract management, commercial law, procurement, or a related field
• Strong experience adopting and leveraging AI tools (e.g., AI-assisted drafting, contract analytics, intelligent automation) in workflows
• Proven ability to develop and lead contract strategy within a large-scale or matrixed organization
• Demonstrated experience drafting, negotiating, and executing commercial agreements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing contracts within a technology company environment
• Track record of building or improving AI-enabled workflows for legal operations
• Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms
• Experience supporting Global Workplace Services, Facilities, or similar operational categories
• Paralegal certification, JD, or CPCM/CFCM certification
• Demonstrated skill in prompt/context engineering and staying current with emerging AI technologies
