Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage contract development for miscellaneous project service contracts and orders ranging from $10K to $50M USD
• Develop project spot orders and maintain a portfolio of service contracts
• Host Project Contracting Strategy workshops to develop Project Work Breakdown Structures
• Lead contract development, including coordination of Scope and Job Specification components
• Lead commercial evaluations as a member of bid review teams
• Resolve complex commercial exceptions with bidder legal and management representatives
• Develop agreements using Lump Sum, Time and Materials, Reimbursable Cost, and Unit Rate compensation structures
• Collaborate with global procurement, legal, and project teams to maximize commercial outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related business field with a minimum 6 CGPA
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Contracts Manager specifically on project service contracts
• 5+ years of broad-based contracting experience, including development, maintenance, and negotiations
• Proven experience in the Oil and Gas industry
• Strong commercial proficiency in various compensation types (lump sum, T&M, reimbursable, and unit rate)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the India and international EPC market
• Deep understanding of Engineering Services/EPC Category Agreement templates and compensation methodologies
• Strong knowledge of the requisition and purchase-to-pay process
