Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and manage complex IT services contracts, amendments, change requests, and work orders within a multi-vendor environment
• Lead projects or specific workstreams related to contract management and strategy
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Build and sustain professional relationships with stakeholders and clients
• Provide mentorship and clear guidance to team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of Project Management experience
• 8+ years of Contract (SOW & SLA) Development experience
• Ability to travel 0-30% on average
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
