About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, negotiate, and execute craft labor and service contracts across APAC, Europe, and North America.
- Drive value and efficiency through end-to-end category management for Civil, Mechanical, and E&I works, as well as equipment hiring.
- Develop comprehensive Labor & Service Agreements, rate cards, and manpower supply agreements.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including contractor identification, sourcing, and ongoing relationship management.
- Analyze expenditure patterns and market intelligence to identify opportunities for cost consolidation and demand management.
- Ensure strict adherence to regional labor laws, safety standards, and worker welfare rules.
- Partner with HSE, HR, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure compliance and maximize commercial outcomes.
- Create data-driven dashboards and presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI to communicate KPIs and insights to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant field with a minimum 6 CGPA.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in labor contracting, strategic sourcing, or negotiation.
- Proven experience managing an annual spend of at least $1M.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas, Power, or Petrochemical industries is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing global contracts across multiple regions (APAC, EMEA, Americas).
- Strong understanding of global labor markets and international compliance.
- Knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, and logistics.
- Familiarity with Procure to Pay (P2P) processes and ERP systems.
- Analytical expertise in Total System Cost (TSC) or Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) principles.
