About the role
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with customers and vendors ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide practical, risk-calibrated advice
- Maintain a database of contracts including key terms and obligations
- Improve contracting processes, workflows, and enablement tools
- Provide training sessions for the legal team and stakeholders on contracting tools
- Ensure the maintenance and enhancement of AI tools within the contracting workflow
Requirements
- Extensive experience negotiating high-volume SaaS agreements for sales teams
- Experience reviewing vendor agreements
- Proficiency with Ironclad, Salesforce, and AI tools for contract management
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize and balance business needs with risk awareness
