Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement commercial strategy on a major infrastructure project for the Perth Airport Skyway Joint Venture
• Administer and manage subcontract obligations, entitlements, and various subcontract packages
• Oversee the tendering, negotiation, and award processes for subcontract packages
• Manage variations, claims, and dispute resolution processes
• Provide financial forecasting, cost control, and final position reporting
• Ensure compliance with all governance, contractual, and legislative requirements
• Mentor and guide Contract Administrators and other commercial team members
• Partner with project leadership to drive performance and margin outcomes

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Law, Commerce, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in civil construction or major infrastructure delivery within a senior contracts role
• Proven capability managing major subcontract packages on significant civil or infrastructure projects
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and leadership capability
• Experience working on government or public infrastructure projects is highly regarded
