Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft various contracts with vendors and customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and product, to determine contractual terms
• Manage the contract administration lifecycle, including responding to and tracking inbound requests
• Prepare and maintain key templates, playbooks, policies, and other knowledge materials
• Work with Legal Ops to develop scalable strategies and improve team performance
• Provide training and resources to support internal contracting processes and information systems

Requirements

• 4+ years of in-house experience as a contracts manager, administrator, or similar role
• Direct experience negotiating and drafting vendor and customer contracts
• Strong organizational, time, and project management skills
• Ability to handle high volume and balance competing demands
• Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on driving matters to closure
• High level of professional integrity, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in high-growth companies
• Experience sourcing and implementing legal technology solutions (e.g., CLM, security tools)
• Proficiency using contract lifecycle management systems and other legal ops software
