Contracts Manager and Legal Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Produce and review NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Subcontracts, Consulting Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Modifications, and PO terms & conditions
• Identify deviations from playbook positions and translate technical/business risks for senior counsel
• Partner with Growth teams through the pre-award lifecycle to support bid capture and proposal preparation
• Manage post-award execution, including deliverables, CDRLs, modifications, and change requests
• Administer government systems including SAM.gov, PIEE, and WAWF
• Maintain an audit-ready digital filing system and track contract metadata
• Refine CLM workflows to improve cycle times and stakeholder visibility

Requirements

• 4+ years in contracts administration, management, or legal operations
• 2+ years experience at a government defense contractor, intelligence community partner, or aerospace company
• Working knowledge of FAR and its supplements
• Fluency in government contract portals (SAM.gov, PIEE, WAWF)
• Experience with FFP, SBIR, commercial, and OTA agreements
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of concurrent actions in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Active TS security clearance or eligibility to acquire one
• Direct experience in aerospace, space systems, or satellite industry
• NCMA Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) certification
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, law, finance, or engineering
