Contracts Management Operations Co-op

Responsibilities

• Support the contract lifecycle by reviewing and maintaining records within the Pramata CLM platform
• Build and maintain recurring reports to track contract volume, cycle times, and key performance indicators
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
• Document best practices for using AI tools in contract review, summarization, and data extraction
• Create job aids, process maps, and training materials to support AI-enabled workflows
• Assist with quality checks, audit preparation, and compliance-related tasks

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at Drexel University with a cooperative learning track
• Available to work 40 hours per week for a 6-month duration
• Ability to work in-person at the Philadelphia office
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems or AI-driven workflow automation
• Experience creating clear, user-friendly documentation and process guides
• Background in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or Legal Studies
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data integrity and accuracy
