Contracts Lead/Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the business in procuring 3rd party Transportation & Logistics related materials and services
• Negotiate contract pricing, terms, and conditions directly with suppliers to mitigate supply and legal risk
• Execute Purchase-to-Pay processes in full compliance with Sourcing & Acquisition guidelines
• Maintain the agreement portfolio, including scope updates, pricing, exhibits, and amendments
• Monitor supplier performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure contract compliance and utilization
• Leverage ERP systems to ensure transactional efficiency of agreements
• Develop procurement plans, tactics, and negotiation strategies
• Identify business value and process improvement opportunities within the portfolio
• Build and maintain internal and external relationships to meet business line expectations

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional working experience, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement or commercial roles
• Proven experience in Logistics or Supply Chain management
• Business fluency in English is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Knowledge of Purchase-to-Pay processes and ERP systems
• Ability to work effectively across different geographies and time zones
• Strong awareness of ethics, controls, and operations integrity

Preferred Qualifications

• Working fluency in a second Asian language
• Knowledge of the Fuels, Lubes, or Chemicals value chain
• Experience with project planning and execution
