About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the contract formation process for NEC4 ECC call-offs, including due diligence and onboarding
  • Support the establishment of the Alliance and ECC Contract Management operating strategy
  • Develop and implement contract management systems and tools such as Aconex
  • Define and manage performance regimes, including KPIs and intervention protocols
  • Act as the senior interface between the programme, Trusts, Contractors, and Project Managers
  • Deliver structured training on technical matters associated with NEC4 ECC and alliance contracts
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and programme-level reporting

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in NEC4 ECC contract management
  • Proven track record in major programme delivery, ideally within alliance environments
  • Experience in performance and incentive model development
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement and contract governance
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex contractual interfaces

Preferred Qualifications

  • Health sector experience
