Contracts Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure all contracts align with company policies, project requirements, and legal regulations
• Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks across large-scale projects
• Advise project teams on contract terms, liability, claims, and change management
• Collaborate with legal counsel on complex contractual disputes or claims resolution
• Support project managers in claim submissions, variation orders, and contractual correspondence
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders on contract-related matters
• Prepare and present commercial reports, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior management
• Mentor and guide junior contracts and commercial staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management
• Proven expertise in contract negotiation, administration, and risk management
• Experience in infrastructure, civil engineering, or airport projects
• Experience managing large-scale projects and interfacing with multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CPCM, CCM, or equivalent
• Experience with international contracts and FIDIC or NEC contract forms
• Knowledge of airport or aviation project procurement and compliance requirements
• Strong experience in dispute resolution and claims management
