Contracts Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure all contracts align with company policies, project requirements, and legal regulations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks across large-scale projects.
• Advise project teams on contract terms, liability, claims, and change management.
• Collaborate with legal counsel on complex contractual disputes or claims resolution.
• Support project managers in claim submissions, variation orders, and contractual correspondence.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders on contract-related matters.
• Prepare and present commercial reports, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior management.
• Mentor and guide junior contracts and commercial staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management.
• Proven expertise in contract negotiation, administration, and risk management.
• Experience in infrastructure, civil engineering, or airport projects.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and interfacing with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CPCM, CCM, or equivalent.
• Experience with international contracts and FIDIC or NEC contract forms.
• Knowledge of airport or aviation project procurement, operations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on commercial outcomes and risk mitigation.
• Experience in dispute resolution and claims management.
