Contracts Lead - HR Services/Consulting

Responsibilities

• Drive value, efficiency, and market advantage through end-to-end category management while ensuring operational integrity.
• Plan, organize, and control business contracts and negotiations for the acquisition of Professional and Technical Labor and Consultancy service contracts.
• Develop agreements for the acquisition of third-party goods and services required by Business Clients on a timely basis with competitive terms.
• Oversee the management and negotiation of contracts within consulting and labor categories.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Computer Science (or related stream) with a minimum 6 CGPA.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procuring Consulting and Labor Services.
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating procurement contracts.
• Proficiency in contract management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.TECH/BE in any stream or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience working with international suppliers or vendors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously with high attention to detail.
