Contracts & Commercial Process Transformation Expert

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of standardized processes across the QTC and Sales lifecycles, including contracting, billing, and dispute resolution
• Steer enterprise-wide transformation programs to shape future states for inventory, contracts, and sales processes
• Facilitate workshops and Lean/Six Sigma sessions to identify gaps and implement continuous improvement solutions
• Support ERP and digital tool implementations, specifically translating business requirements for SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics
• Maintain and govern process documentation to ensure adherence to global standards and compliance
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs to assess process effectiveness and scalability
• Mentor process analysts and coach teams in project management and continuous improvement methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or Supply Chain
• 8–12 years of experience in QTC, Contract Management, sales operations, or process transformation
• Proven experience working within global business environments
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or other process design frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), PMP, or PRINCE2
• Experience working in shared services or Global Business Services (GBS) environments
