Contracts and Compliance Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Support contract review, drafting, and negotiation to mitigate organizational risks
• Manage vendor oversight, including cybersecurity, AI, and information security risk assessments
• Administer vendor and contract databases and workflow systems
• Conduct legal and compliance research for regulatory initiatives
• Prepare regulatory filings for company entities
• Track and review regulatory updates to ensure business compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of paralegal or comparable experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
• Experience in contract lifecycle management and risk assessment
• Knowledge of third-party and vendor risk management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
