Contracts Analyst

Responsibilities

• Draft and distribute contracts and related documentation to internal teams, third-party personnel, and regulatory representatives
• Coordinate functional reviews, endorsements, and approvals of contracts across different regions and organizations
• Maintain accurate contract master data within company systems to ensure alignment with contractual terms and policies
• Manage contract repositories, including amendments, approvals, and supporting documentation
• Monitor contractual obligations, including notices, renewals, and expiration timelines
• Support internal audits and maintain contract registers to ensure documentation compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Trading, Legal, and Credit to develop approval frameworks
• Assist in risk identification by highlighting high-risk contractual clauses and supporting contract valuation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum 6 CGPA
• Minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration
• Proficiency in SAP and SharePoint
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across various functions
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments
• Familiarity with contract management systems and compliance processes
• Understanding of commercial risk management or contractual governance
• Experience preparing performance reports or KPIs
• Experience handling complex contracts, Global Terms and Conditions (GT&Cs), or Master Trading Agreements (MTAs)
• Experience in Commodity Trading (Crude Product & Feedstock)
