Contracts Analyst 1

Responsibilities

• Work closely with project teams to determine appropriate terms and conditions of contracts
• Develop, prepare, and revise contracts, budgets, and scopes of work
• Ensure budgets accurately reflect the defined scope of work and integrate changes efficiently
• Maintain compliance with all internal processes and policies regarding contract development
• Oversee the finalization and distribution of legal and commercial documents
• Update and maintain contract databases and files accurately
• Participate in departmental initiatives to support the Global Business Operations group

Requirements

• Degree in Life Science, Business Management, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in English (CV must be submitted in English)
• Experience in contracts, commercial proposals, or an equivalent combination of education and training
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Understanding of costing models
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse colleagues and customers
