Contracts Advisor

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to capital projects within the PMT framework
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and company policies
• Collaborate closely with project managers, legal, finance, and procurement teams to manage contract lifecycle
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate contractual risks
• Manage contract amendments, claims, and dispute resolution processes
• Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance and timely delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation and contract records throughout project phases

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience as a Contracts Specialist in Oil & Gas projects
• Strong Project Management Team (PMT) exposure
• In-depth understanding of contract lifecycle management
• Familiarity with lump-sum, unit-price, and time-and-materials agreements
• Knowledge of corporate governance frameworks and internal procurement procedures
• Experience in contract administration and change control management
• Proficiency in contract management systems and project management tools
