Contracts Administrator

Responsibilities

• Execute the full purchasing cycle including RFQs, quotation comparisons, and purchase order issuance
• Procure civil construction materials, equipment, and subcontract services according to project needs
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers and subcontractors
• Coordinate with site teams, engineers, and planning teams to ensure timely material delivery
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, quotations, and supplier data
• Support cost control by identifying cost-effective solutions and competitive sourcing practices
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and project specifications

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience as a Purchaser within civil contracting companies (mandatory)
• Strong background in general contracting and civil works
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience purchasing construction materials and managing supplier/subcontractor relationships
• Deep knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management
