Contracts Administrator

Responsibilities

• Administer labor compliance, certified payroll reporting, and apprenticeship tracking for construction projects
• Prepare, review, and submit weekly Certified Payroll Reports (CPRs) using platforms like LCPtracker and eMars
• Ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon Act and state/local prevailing wage laws
• Manage apprenticeship program documentation and track apprentice-to-journeyman ratios
• Verify contractor registrations, licenses, and Certificate of Insurance (COI) compliance
• Track and manage subcontractor and supplier lien waiver requirements
• Support preconstruction efforts by researching labor compliance requirements and providing wage determinations to estimating teams
• Maintain organized compliance files and generate project-specific reports

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in construction compliance, certified payroll, or labor compliance
• Strong knowledge of Davis-Bacon Act and prevailing wage requirements
• Experience with compliance platforms such as LCPtracker, B2GNow, or eMars
• Familiarity with contractor licensing, insurance compliance, and lien waivers
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience supporting public works, infrastructure, or large commercial construction projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of OCIP/CCIP reporting requirements
• Experience with compliance audits and government agency reporting
• Understanding of union and apprenticeship program requirements
