Contracts Administrator

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of contracts in line with project requirements and governance standards
• Maintain accurate and up to date contract records, correspondence, and documentation
• Assist in the preparation and processing of variations, claims, and contractual notices
• Track contractual obligations, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure compliance
• Coordinate with commercial, legal, and project teams on contract related matters
• Prepare regular reports on contract status, risks, and key issues
• Ensure adherence to contractual procedures and internal governance frameworks

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in contract administration within design or construction environments
• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Solid understanding of contract terms, commercial processes, and document control practices
• Strong organisational and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Experience on large scale, complex infrastructure projects is desirable
• Rail project experience is preferred
• Middle East experience, particularly within the UAE, is an advantage
