Contract & Supplier Management

Responsibilities

• Manage and control IT budgets, including planning, execution, and optimization of OPEX and CAPEX.
• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process and manage supplier relationships.
• Lead contract negotiations and renegotiations to optimize costs and commercial conditions.
• Validate invoicing against contracted services and commercial terms.
• Track purchase orders, billing, and payment controls.
• Perform price benchmarking and market condition analysis.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks.
• Provide executive reporting and financial analysis to ensure budget visibility and control.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT budget management (OPEX and CAPEX).
• Strong knowledge of technology costs, including SaaS, cloud services, infrastructure, and software licensing.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, financial control, and data consolidation.
• Experience in end-to-end procurement and supplier relationship management (SRM).
• Ability to work effectively with IT, Finance, and Procurement teams.
• Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience working within technological environments or IT-related departments.
