About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle for renewals and new business, serving as the primary point of contact for drafting and execution
- Independently draft Tier 1 sales contracts in accordance with internal policies and compliance requirements
- Participate in sales pipeline reviews to advise on commercial approaches and address potential contractual risks
- Analyze account information, license parameters, and contract terms to support pricing and renewal proposals
- Maintain accurate client data across CRM and related systems to ensure transaction documentation is complete
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Billing stakeholders to review and align on complex contracts
- Facilitate contract changes or adjustments requested by Sales or clients using sound professional judgment
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of contract-related experience, preferably in procurement, finance, legal, or sales support
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, information systems, or a related field
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM and/or Apttus is strongly desired
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and an interest in using AI tools to improve process efficiency
- Experience working within Sarbanes-Oxley compliance frameworks
