Contract Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle for renewals and new business, serving as the primary point of contact for contract strategy, drafting, and execution
• Participate in pipeline review sessions with Sales to advise on commercial approaches and proactively address contractual risks
• Analyze account information, license parameters, and contract terms to support pricing proposals and renewals
• Independently draft Tier 1 sales contracts in accordance with internal policies and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls
• Maintain accurate client and transaction data across CRM and related systems
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Billing, and other stakeholders to review and align on complex contracts
• Ensure internal and external client queries are resolved in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, information systems, management, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong teamwork and customer service orientation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CRM or Apttus
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and interest in using AI tools to improve process efficiency
