About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day departmental and project support with general contract administrative duties
- Serve as a liaison between Sponsors, investigative sites, and Medpace
- Negotiate contracts and budgets directly with investigative sites
- Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure negotiations occur within established timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life-sciences, legal, or business field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Package
- Ability to work effectively both within a team environment and independently
- Strong organizational skills

- Previous administrative work experience in a business setting
