Contract Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support contract management teams across various projects and accounts by working with account leadership and business stakeholders.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and contract risks to ensure optimal outcomes for all parties.
• Assist in pre-award sales activities, including contract drafting support and discussions regarding deal shaping.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client counterparts in a client-facing capacity.
• Collaborate with contract management staff across multiple geographies and projects.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Management or Law.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduation work experience in a professional capacity.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting and supervising investigations, including compliance, employment, or governmental matters.
• Extensive experience in employee relations and workplace investigations.
• In-depth knowledge of local ethical, conduct, and compliance-related risks.
• Basic understanding of the contract life cycle and commercial contracting principles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with client executives at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Membership in World Commerce and Contracting (formerly IACCM) or the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).
• Relevant professional certifications in contract management or legal compliance.
