Contract Quality Lead

Responsibilities

• Direct quality verification activities and ensure contractual compliance for projects.
• Oversee technical-legal analysis of specifications, contracts, and supply documentation to identify risks and responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with technical, environmental, and safety regulations during installation activities.
• Conduct audits and site visits at supplier facilities and construction sites to validate technical standards.
• Draft technical-contractual reports and define corrective and preventive measures.
• Support Purchasing and Legal departments in supplier performance evaluation and technical dispute management.
• Monitor KPIs related to quality, compliance, and supplier performance based on contractual SLAs.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Law.
• Deep knowledge of technical/legal contracting, including tender documents and specifications.
• Familiarity with quality standards and technical/environmental regulations.
• Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis for technical and procedural issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in leading processes, defining standards, and ensuring accountability.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders toward compliance.
• Availability for travel to supplier sites and customer installation locations.
