Contract Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage variation orders, time impact analysis, claims, and litigations
• Lead the review of contract Terms and Conditions
• Prepare agreements, NDAs, and required contractual documentation
• Prepare, negotiate, and finalize project agreements with legal department assistance
• Assist the project team in setting up required procedures and templates
• Advise and assist in the preparation and negotiation of subcontracts
• Support the project team with all contract changes
• Develop contract management strategies
• Report on all contractual matters

Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience on site in the construction sector
• Fluency in French
• Good understanding and communication skills in English
• Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills
• Analytical, rigorous, and detail-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Dutch language capacities
