Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide contractual management and support for complex or sensitive projects
• Support project managers in defining contractual and consultation strategies
• Contribute to the preparation of administrative documents for construction contracts
• Defend WSP's interests throughout the project lifecycle, including amendments and additional remuneration
• Manage disputes and claims by analyzing and drafting claims in collaboration with legal teams
• Participate in amicable or judicial expertise, mediation, and conciliation processes
• Advise operational teams on contractual best practices and risk prevention
• Collaborate with other Contract Managers to harmonize practices and processes

Requirements

• Master's degree in Law, Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Contract Manager or Project Manager in construction engineering
• Strong experience in project management environments working with public and private clients
• Excellent knowledge of CCAG, the Public Procurement Code, and private contracts (FIDIC knowledge is a plus)
• Fluent English (C1 level) both written and spoken
• Strong writing and negotiation skills
• Ability to work transversally with multidisciplinary teams
