Responsibilities

• Identify and negotiate key terms and reimbursement within contracts
• Manage contracting within closed networks
• Navigate regulatory private, federal, and state guidelines
• Manage contracting for multi-Tax ID business structures
• Summarize and calculate payment and reimbursement policies

Requirements

• 3-5 years of contracting experience
• Experience in Managed Care, WC, Replacements, and Auto lines of business
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, math, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in identifying and calculating reimbursement policies
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Established relationships with payors
• Outpatient therapy experience
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Access skills
• Experience with credentialing software
