Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer contracts across the project lifecycle ensuring compliance with agreed terms
• Oversee contract documentation including subcontracts, amendments, and change orders
• Lead the assessment and management of variations, claims, and disputes for MEP and specialist packages
• Review contractor submissions including EOT, cost claims, and change requests
• Support procurement activities including preparation of tender documentation and bid evaluations
• Identify and manage contractual and commercial risks across the project
• Act as a key point of contact for contractual matters between clients, consultants, and contractors

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 10–15 years of experience in contract management within construction or infrastructure
• Experience with large, complex developments such as data centres or mission-critical facilities
• Solid understanding of contract law, claims, dispute resolution, and commercial risk management
• Experience working with FIDIC, NEC, or similar contract forms
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
