Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on FIDIC contracts and guidelines to project teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Review and analyze contract documents, specifications, and drawings for FIDIC compliance
• Collaborate with project teams to develop execution plans aligned with FIDIC guidelines
• Participate in tendering and procurement processes ensuring alignment with FIDIC standards
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance
• Assess and evaluate variations, claims, and disputes using FIDIC procedures
• Review project schedules, milestones, and deliverables against contractual obligations
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and negotiations related to contract administration
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of FIDIC-related activities and correspondence
• Provide technical support to the project team to resolve issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with a strong emphasis on FIDIC contracts
• In-depth knowledge of FIDIC Red Book, Yellow Book, and Silver Book
• Proven track record managing FIDIC contracts throughout the project lifecycle
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and construction practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Ability to interpret and apply contractual terms per FIDIC guidelines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
