Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all contractual aspects of the project in collaboration with the Project Manager
• Oversee correct execution of contracts and ensure compliance with terms
• Propose contract modifications and manage revisions with all involved parties
• Inspect construction sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design and construction specifications
• Communicate proactively with key stakeholders regarding design, scope, and schedule
• Interpret contract requirements to propose solutions for complex construction schedule issues
• Assist project staff with claim prevention and management
• Identify and analyze risks across various project lifecycle stages and develop mitigation plans
• Ensure documentation and submission of claims and variations

Requirements

• University degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• 10 years of experience in contract control for complex building projects
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
