Contract Manager - RGD

Responsibilities

• Drive market share growth and profitability for Rock Drilling Tools
• Manage forecasting, stock replenishment, and warehouse stock control
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, invoicing, and customer queries
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through continuous support and after-sales service
• Prepare sales targets, reports, quotations, and market performance updates
• Promote products through customer presentations and product support initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and pricing structures

Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Rotary and DTH contract management
• Strong knowledge of rock drilling tools and product applications
• Computer literate
• Valid driver’s license
• Medically fit and willing to travel as required
