Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage contractual relations with clients, consortiums, or joint venture partners to ensure compliance with mutual obligations.
• Supervise the preparation of project execution tools, including contract diagrams and notification lists.
• Identify and convey necessary contractual provisions to Project Procurement and Subcontracting Managers.
• Prepare documentation to ensure confidentiality obligations are met by all operating companies, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Assist Project Managers and Directors in handling all contractually relevant matters and correspondence.
• Identify, prepare, and negotiate change order requests and claims in collaboration with Project Control.
• Monitor and notify relevant parties regarding delays, disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Support project risk and opportunity management through quantitative and qualitative evaluations.
• Manage CAR/EAR insurance activities and support the management of project bank warranties.

Requirements

• University Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience in contract management or a specific related discipline.
• Proven experience in the construction or modernization of industrial, refinery, or EPC projects.
• Demonstrated experience working on the Contractor side of large-scale projects.
• Experience managing similar roles across at least three projects of comparable size.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Excellent IT and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal, team-oriented, and problem-resolution abilities.
