Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial, financial, operational, and governance aspects of PFI contracts for Greenwich Care Homes and Oaks Park Secondary School
• Ensure full compliance with contractual terms, monitoring KPIs and SLAs while maintaining accurate documentation for audits
• Manage contract budgets and forecasts with full P&L responsibility, focusing on maximizing margins and identifying cost savings
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading monthly meetings and building strong stakeholder relationships
• Oversee service delivery and prioritize workloads to ensure effective operational performance
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team to promote a high-performing and inclusive culture

Requirements

• Proven experience in FM (Facilities Management) contract management
• Strong financial and commercial management expertise, including direct P&L responsibility
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage complex service agreements
• IOSH certification and expertise in conducting effective risk assessments
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and subcontractors
• Knowledge of compliance, governance, and statutory requirements
