Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee project delivery to achieve operational and commercial goals
• Manage projects from pre-commencement to completion, ensuring they are on time and on budget
• Implement health and safety policies and ensure compliance by employees and subcontractors
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and develop strong working relationships
• Mentor and support site teams to develop their skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Significant experience leading delivery on construction projects, ideally in secure environments
• Relevant construction qualification (HND, Degree level, or equivalent)
• Professional membership such as CIOB
• Expert knowledge of NEC and JCT contract conditions
• Experience managing project budgets and programmes
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances (British Passport required, Enhanced DBS minimum)
